Sales Negotiator's - Residential Developer's - North London - up to £28,000 (DOE) plus competitive OTE and package

Leading residential developer based in London and they are currently looking for an experienced Sales Negotiator to work on a luxury development in the heart of North London.

The ideal candidate must have New Homes Sales Experience ideally for a residential developer or house builder within London.

• Must be highly motivated and target driven along with the desire to succeed and progress within the company.
• Must have excellent Negotiation skills.
• Must have excellent customer service skills.

In return the company can offer you a strong salary and competitive OTE along with progression with the company as they are known to retain staff and promote within.

You will report into the Sales Manager and will be based on their current flagship project with the option to move onto their new site which is due to be launched mid-summer.

They are looking to interview potential candidates ASAP for the position with the successful applicant due to start immediately.
