Residential Quantity Surveyor Autonomy on New Build Projects

A leading recruitment agency is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor for a permanent role in Oxfordshire. The ideal candidate will have experience in new build residential projects and strong commercial skills. This role offers a salary between £55,000 and £65,000, along with a car allowance. The candidate will work from the Oxford office and various sites within the M1/M4 quadrant, including into London. A degree and full UK driver's license are preferred.
