R13 Recruitment are proud to be working with a long-established, welcoming, and community-focused law firm who are looking to appoint a Residential Property Solicitor (3+ PQE) to their East Norfolk branch.

Benefits

Competitive salary offered at £40,000-£55,000 depending on experience working 35 hours per week. A generous benefits package includes 20 days annual leave (increasing with service) + Birthday off and a Christmas shutdown period. Day to day:

  • Managing a caseload of residential property matters from instruction to completion.
  • Providing clear, high-quality legal advice while maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Ensuring compliance with CQS, Lexcel, AML/CTF and all regulatory requirements.
  • Identifying risk throughout transactions and maintaining accurate file management.
  • Supporting and mentoring support staff where needed.
  • Contributing to the growth and development of the office, with a particular emphasis on commercial work.

You will have/be:

  • A qualified Solicitor with 3+ PQE (strong experience considered).
  • Confident managing your own caseload with minimal supervision.
  • Customer-centred, organised, and committed to delivering high-quality work.
  • Keen to build strong, lasting client relationships.
  • Down-to-earth, approachable and comfortable working in a non-corporate environment.
  • Ambitious and excited by the opportunity to develop the commercial side of the department.
