Skills Required:

1. Minimum of 1 year PQE as a Residential Property Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer.
2. Proven experience in residential conveyancing.
3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
4. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
