The RoleYou will handle a varied and high-quality caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including:
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Re-mortgages and transfers of equity
- New build transactions
- Shared ownership schemes
- High-value and complex residential property matters
You will be supported by a collaborative and approachable team, benefiting from excellent administrative support, modern systems, and a firmwide focus on client service
The role offers genuine scope to build lasting client relationships and contribute to the continued growth of the department
