You will be trusted with files from day one, handling freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, transfers of equity, re-mortgages, and more complex property matters.

The firm is accredited by the Law Society's Conveyancing Quality Scheme (CQS) and is known for its personal, client-centred approach. You will have the autonomy to manage your matters with the support of a small, dedicated team of legal professionals.

We are seeking a qualified solicitor with experience in residential conveyancing who is:

• Confident managing their own caseload with minimal supervision.
• Client-focused, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Keen to contribute to the ongoing success of a highly regarded local firm.
