THE ROLE
We have a new vacancy for a Residential Property Solicitor c 3-4 PQE for a 6 month FTC
The Residential Property team advises on a broad range of high-value residential sales and purchases, mainly prime London real estate
As a Solicitor in the team, you will be expected to deliver clear and high quality legal advice on a range of Residential Property matters to include:-
Residential sales, purchases, refinancing, plot sales (including off plan) for high value developments, portfolio acquisitions, auction transactions, freehold estate disposals, and landlord and tenant matters
THE CANDIDATE
You will have a solid background having worked for a well-regarded Residential Property practice, with experience advising on property sales, purchases and refinancing, landlord and tenant and property restructuring and reorganisation.
Candidates will be expected to demonstrate sound commercial awareness, and strong client relationship and business development skills
As a FTC role candidates will be expected to manage a fast start
