Residential Property Solicitor

Blaser Mills Law are seeking a talented Residential Property Solicitor to join their growing London team. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Residential Property Solicitor with at least 2 years' PQE to handle a varied and high-quality caseload. Working within a supportive and professional environment, the successful Residential Property Solicitor will advise on all aspects of residential conveyancing, including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity and lease extensions.

The firm is looking for a driven Residential Property Solicitor who can deliver exceptional client service and manage matters from instruction through to completion. You will be joining a well-established property department with a strong reputation in the market, where collaboration and client care are at the heart of their approach. This role offers the opportunity to work on both straightforward and complex transactions, providing variety and challenge in your day-to-day work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing a full residential conveyancing caseload from start to finish.

• Advising clients on freehold and leasehold transactions.

• Drafting and reviewing contracts, transfers, and related documents.

• Liaising with clients, agents, lenders, and other solicitors to progress matters efficiently.

• Maintaining the highest standards of accuracy, professionalism, and compliance.

Key Requirements:

• A qualified solicitor with a minimum of 2 years' PQE in residential property law.

• Strong knowledge of the conveyancing process and related legislation.

• Excellent communication and client care skills.

• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-focused environment.

The Offer:
