Well-established regional firm has a new vacancy in their busy Residential Property department based just outside Birmingham city centre.

Our client is a respected L500 rated firm with an excellent reputation and a supportive, friendly culture. They are seeking a residential conveyancing solicitor with experience in:

• Freehold and leasehold sales for both registered and unregistered titles
• Deferred charges and equity releases
• Registrations
• Transfers of equity
• Remortgages
• Shared ownership

This role offers interesting work and opportunities for career progression. The successful candidate will demonstrate a confident, friendly approach and be able to communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and external professional contacts.
