About the Role

Our forward-thinking and friendly client law firm based in Harpenden is seeking an experienced Property Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer to join their team.

The successful candidate will manage a caseload of HNW clients on sales and purchases of leasehold and freehold properties, remortgages, transfers, and some new builds. A broad knowledge of Property Law is essential, along with providing professional and competent legal advice in accordance with SRA codes.

Requirements

• At least 5 years PQE with residential conveyancing experience
• Technical ability and good networking skills
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships

Additional Information

• Experience with Case Management Systems such as Quill is advantageous; induction provided
• Modern office environment with excellent working conditions
• Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum plus pension, life cover
• Hours: 9:00 am - 5:30 pm with some flexibility
• Holidays: Standard plus Bank Holidays and 4 additional days
