Residential Property Solicitor/Conveyancer Role

This Legal 500 firm seeks to recruit a qualified conveyancing solicitor/conveyancer to join their growing residential property team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical and procedural knowledge and a desire to support and share expertise with junior team members. This is a great opportunity to develop your career and contribute to the success of this expanding firm. The successful candidate will be highly organized, possess excellent communication skills, and be a good team player.

You should have experience managing a varied caseload of residential property transactions, from pre-exchange to completion. Experience advising on sales and purchases, including plot sales and actions for developers, is essential. Confidently providing advice to both local and national clients, including high net worth individuals, is preferred. Excellent organizational skills are required.
