About the Role

As a Residential Property Paralegal, you will work closely with experienced solicitors and legal executives on a broad range of property transactions. Key Responsibilities

• Assisting fee earners with residential conveyancing transactions from instruction through to completion.
• Preparing legal documentation and correspondence.
• Managing client files and maintaining accurate records.
• Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders and third parties.
• Conducting searches and handling Land Registry applications.
• Supporting post-completion processes and file closure procedures.
• Providing a professional and responsive service to clients.

About You

We are looking for someone who:

• Has previous experience in a Residential Property or Conveyancing environment.
• Possesses excellent organisational and administrative skills.
• Demonstrates strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Has excellent written and verbal communication skills.
