Job Description
Residential Property Manager 
We have an exciting opportunity for a Residential Property Manager role in a Real Estate company based in London.
Job Requirements:
- 2 years of residential property management experience (preferred)
- Fluency in Mandarin (Cantonese beneficial)
- Possibility of commuting/relocating to W1W 8HF, London
- Paying close attention to detail
- Willing to work alongside others
- Attitudes that are kind, patient, and professional
- Knowledge of how to use a Macbook and an iPhone
- Knowledge of Google Workspace and the MS Office tools (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- ARLA certification (ideal, but not required)
- Outstanding writing and verbal communication abilities
- In addition, you must be able to multitask, organise, and prioritise your work
