Residential Property Manager: Client Relations & Budgets

Fexco Property Services in Chelmsford is seeking a Property Manager to join the Remus brand at our Chelmsford office. You will manage a residential portfolio and act as the primary link between the company and Clients.

Responsibilities include familiarising with leases, preparing budgets, monitoring expenditure, coordinating year-end accounts, carrying out site visits and managing contractors to deliver compliant, well-run properties for our client base.
