Residential Property Lawyer

• Location: Ideally Penzance or West Cornwall
• Salary: Salary subject to skills

What you will do

Manage a varied caseload from start to post completion including Freehold and Leasehold sales & purchase, registered and unregistered land, equity release, buy-to-let, right to buy, lease extensions, newbuild, affordable/shared ownership housing and auctions.

• Createand develop new relationships with introducers
• Manage more complex cases such as creation of new easements, adverse possession, relinquishing easements or covenants
• Liaise with vendors, purchasers, solicitors, financial advisors and estate agents

Experience and qualifications you need

At least 5 years' conveyancing experience in managing a varied case load.

Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer.

Hours

This is a full time position. 35 hours a week Monday to Friday however we welcome applications from candidates looking for alternative working arrangements.
