An established and ambitious Worcestershire law firm is looking to appoint an additional Residential Conveyancer to join its expanding property team. THE ROLE & YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
You will take ownership of a varied residential conveyancing caseload, managing transactions from initial instruction through to successful completion.
Your work will include:

• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• Transfers of equity
• Remortgages
• New build transactions
• Shared ownership matters
• First registration applications
• Providing general residential property advice

THE IDEAL CONVEYANCER:
The firm is keen to hear from motivated and commercially aware conveyancing professionals, including:

• Solicitors
• Licensed Conveyancers
