Job Description

Our Residential Property team has a strong reputation in the local market and continues to grow, creating an exciting opportunity for an experienced Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner to join us at our large purpose-built offices at Shrewsbury Business Park.

The Role

We are seeking a Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner with a minimum 3 years PQE to manage a varied caseload of residential property matters from instruction through to completion.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and client-focused individual looking to develop their career within a supportive and collaborative team environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Managing your own residential conveyancing caseload with minimal supervision.
  • Handling a broad range of matters including:
    • Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
    • Re-mortgages
    • Transfers of equity
    • New build transactions
    • Shared ownership properties
    • Right to Buy transactions
  • Providing clear, practical advice to clients throughout the transaction process.
  • Maintaining excellent client care standards and building strong client relationships.
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory and risk management procedures.
The Successful Candidate
  • Be a Qualified Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive, Licensed Conveyancer, or experienced Conveyancing Fee Earner with equivalent expertise.
  • Have 3-5 years' PQE in Residential Conveyancing.
  • Possess strong technical knowledge.
  • Be capable of managing a busy caseload independently.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and client care skills.
  • Have strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Be proactive, commercially aware and committed to delivering exceptional service.
  • Work effectively as part of a team while taking ownership of their own matters.
