Residential Conveyancer - Pockligton 
A highly sought after North Yorkshire firm is seeking a Residential Conveyancer to join its Property team in Thirsk. This role is offered ideally full time, with agile working options available.
THE FIRM & TEAM- Legal 500 listed law firm with a number of offices across North and East Yorkshire

You will be working autonomously in the office
RESPONSIBILITIESThe successful candidate will work on matters such as, but not limited to:
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- New build
- Remortgages
- Transfers of Equity
- Ideally you will have at least 2 years' experience in handling the full remit of Residential Property matters
- Excellent team player with strong interpersonal skills
- Able to build new and long lasting relationships with clients
- Ability to manage a highly diverse workload
