Residential Property Conveyancer / Solicitor

You will manage a broad caseload of residential property matters, including:

• Sales and purchases
• Transfers of equity
• Remortgages

Depending on the level of role applied for, your key responsibilities may include:

• Taking instructions from clients and providing clear, accurate advice
• Drafting and reviewing legal documentation
• Liaising with clients, third parties, and other professionals both in writing and verbally
• Ensuring files are compliant with LEXCEL and regulatory standards
• Preparing accounts and ensuring matters are billed promptly
• Assisting with business development and marketing initiatives

The ideal candidate will be:

• A qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or experienced Fee Earner with solid experience in residential property
• Self-motivated with excellent time management and organisational skills
• Able to work independently and manage a busy caseload
• Confident in client-facing situations and comfortable liaising with a variety of stakeholders
• Interested in contributing to the growth and development of the department
