I youd like to speak with an experienced Conveyancer/Residential Lawyer interested in joining one of the Southwestslongest-standing and most respected law firms. Responsibilities

• Take on a sole conveyancer role, supported by a full-time secretary, with an existing caseload of 60+ live files.
• Handle a varied workload, covering everything from straightforward local transactions to high-value homes, new builds, plot sales, and occasional auction work.

Qualifications & Experience

• Professional qualification in CILEX or as a Solicitor with strong residential property experience.
• Commercial property experience would be a bonus, but it isnt essential.
• Ability to run files independently and hit the ground running.
