Residential Mental Health Recovery Worker

Rethink Mental Illness is seeking a compassionate Mental Health Support Worker to join our team at Romsey Avenue, Nuneaton. You'll provide person-centred support to adults living with severe mental health challenges and help them build skills for independence.

You'll work across 24-hour shifts, including days, evenings and sleep-ins, with a focus on safeguarding, recording progress, and collaborating with external professionals to promote wellbeing and recovery.
