Residential Mental Health Recovery Support Worker

Turning Point UK is seeking a Mental Health Recovery Worker to support residents in a residential service in Stevenage. You will provide recovery-focused, person-centred support to help individuals identify strengths, set goals, and build confidence toward greater independence within their communities.

The role involves flexible shift patterns, including evenings, nights, weekends and bank holidays, and requires compassionate, trauma-informed care to empower residents on their recovery journey.
