Job Description

The Residential Lawyer / Licensed Conveyancer will be:

• Growing the residential property team in the new Bournemouth office
• Managing a varied caseload of residential property matters
• Collaborating with colleagues across offices
• Building new client relationships and business development opportunities

The Successful Applicant

The Residential Lawyer / Licensed Conveyancer should be:

• A solicitor or equivalent with at least 3 years PQE
• Experienced in CQS scheme requirements and SDLT essentials
• Knowledgeable in HTB, leasehold, shared ownership, and probate sales
• Able to manage files independently and prioritise effectively
• A strong communicator with commercial awareness and client care skills
