Residential Groundworks Technical Manager Lead Site Teams

Kenton Black Limited is seeking a Technical Manager for a residential groundworks and civil engineering background. The role involves ensuring technically compliant and economical design solutions at design stage, and overseeing site engineers in projects valued between £10m and £40m with major housebuilders.

There is strong potential for progression into more senior roles. Candidates should have a minimum of HNC/HND or degree, and Chartered Engineer status is desirable but not essential.
