Residential Finishing Foreman - Lead Quality & Handover

Fawkes and Reece is seeking an experienced Finishing Foreman to oversee the final stages of a busy residential new-build development on the Wirral. You will ensure plots are completed to a high standard, on schedule, and ready for customer handovers, NHBC inspections and Building Control sign-off.

The ideal candidate is hands-on, proactive, with strong organisational skills and a background in joinery or multi-trade finishing works. Experience managing finishing trades is essential.
