Residential Estates & Block Manager (Finance & Compliance)

Savills is seeking a senior portfolio and facilities management lead in London to drive Leaseholder management, service charges and estates facilities across multiple residential assets. You will be the primary financial owner for budgets, accruals and reporting, while ensuring compliance and safety across estates.

Working with senior portfolio and facilities teams, you will coordinate contractors, manage PPM schedules and deliver value-driven service standards to residents and landlords.
