A national law firm in Manchester is seeking a Residential Development Solicitor (NQ+) to join their leading team. This role involves working closely with top housebuilders on significant projects and managing land acquisitions and development agreements. Qualified candidates with up to 3 years of PQE in real estate are encouraged to apply, as well as recently qualified solicitors from Top 100 firms. Competitive salary of up to £70,000 is available.
