JOB TITLE: Residential Development Solicitor

PQE: 3+ PQE

LOCATION: Norwich

SALARY: £DOE

THE ROLE:

As the Residential Development Solicitor, you will work on a range of residential development and strategic land matters. You will represent national and regional developers, landowners, and promoters, managing strategic land transactions, supporting affordable housing sales and acquisitions, advising on service agreements and easements, joint ventures, and option and promotion agreements.

THE CANDIDATE:

The successful candidate will have at least 3 years PQE from a leading law firm known for residential development. Experience in residential development or commercial property and a strong interest in building a career in this area are essential.
