This top 100 law firm advise a wide range of clients from national PLCs and regional developers to affordable housing providers, land promoters, and PRS investors on residential and mixed-use development projects across the Living Sector.
Their reputation speaks for itself with top-tier rankings in legal directories and due to continued growth, they are seeking a seasoned Partner with a strong track record in residential development to join them in their Bristol office. You'll play a pivotal role in expanding their national presence, driving strategic growth, and mentoring the next generation of legal talent.
The RoleYou'll be part of a high-profile national team working on premium development deals. Expect exposure to:
- Conditional/unconditional contracts and land transfers
- Option and promotion agreements
- Development funding and forward commitment deals
- Turnkey contracts and collaboration agreements
- UK-qualified lawyer with 8+ years PQE
- Deep expertise in the Living Sector and a proven ability to build a thriving practice
- Commercial acumen and a strategic mindset
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills
- A visible external profile in the sector
