Residential Development Manager: Planning to Handover

ICDS (UK) Ltd is seeking a Development Manager to oversee residential developments in Wicklow. The role involves managing projects from pre-planning through to handover, ensuring all planning conditions are adhered to.

You will coordinate with architects, engineers, and local authorities, monitor project timelines, and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations. This role requires strong experience in residential developments and an understanding of planning and compliance regulations.

Salary range is €80-100k plus package.
