Residential Conveyancing Solicitor (NQ-5 PQE)

Accuflex has a great opportunity for a talented and motivated Solicitor (NQ up to 5 years PQE) with experience in Residential Conveyancing to join our client, a respected regional law firm, in Cumbria.

This is not a volume-driven environment, the firm prioritises quality of service and client relationships over billing targets.

• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases.
• Transfers of equity and remortgages.
• Title investigations and reporting.
• Liaising with clients, agents and lenders.

• Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales).
• Strong experience in residential conveyancing.
• Ability to manage matters from instruction to completion.
