Responsibilities

• The firm is looking for a qualified Residential Conveyancer to join their London office and help build a team. You will work closely with the office partner, so strong commercial awareness and a business-minded approach are essential
• The appointed candidate will be confident in managing risk, ensuring Anti-Money Laundering compliance, meeting lender requirements, and providing an exceptional client experience.
• Extensive technical expertise in residential conveyancing, encompassing sales, purchases, remortgages, new builds, transfers of equity, and lease transactions.
• The firm offers a flexible package, incentive driven bonuses, and comprehensive support from our marketing, operations, and compliance departments.
