The Opportunity The firm are looking for a proactive and driven Conveyancer to manage a varied residential property caseload and play a key role in the continued success of an expanding team. With at least two years' experience handling files through to completion - including new build and leasehold transactions - you'll step into a role where your expertise is trusted, your voice is heard, and your career ambitions are supported. What You'll Be Doing

  • Managing your own caseload of residential sales, purchases, transfers of equity, and remortgages
  • Handling transactions from instruction through to completion with efficiency and precision
  • Liaising professionally with clients, estate agents, lenders, and third parties
  • Collaborating closely with colleagues to exceed team and business targets
  • Supporting business development and marketing initiatives when required
