Residential Conveyancing Solicitor - Cardiff

We are assisting a prestigious Top 100 law firm in their search for a residential property solicitor to join them in their impressive Cardiff office. This role will involve working on a variety of residential development projects.

The successful candidate will manage their own caseload of newbuild conveyancing, including plot sales, shared ownership, part exchanges, and site setup.

To be considered, you will need to be a qualified solicitor with experience in residential property. While prior experience in newbuild work is desired and not essential, you must be able to demonstrate a strong desire to specialise in this area.
