The Role

You will manage your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters, working both independently and collaboratively within a busy and well-established team. The role also offers the opportunity to contribute to the ongoing growth and development of the department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Managing a full caseload of residential conveyancing transactions from instruction to completion
  • Providing clear and practical advice to clients throughout the process
  • Liaising with clients, agents, lenders, and other solicitors
  • Ensuring files are managed efficiently and in line with regulatory requirements
  • Supporting the growth of the department through business development activities
  • Supervising and mentoring junior team members where appropriate
About You
  • Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive (or equivalent)
  • Ideally 2-5 years' PQE, although more experienced candidates will also be considered
  • Strong technical knowledge of residential conveyancing
  • Commercially aware with an interest in business development
  • Excellent communication, client care, and IT skills
  • Self motivated with the ability to work independently
  • Strong relationship building skills
