The role

• Managing your own residential conveyancing caseload covering sales, purchases, remortgages and new builds
• Handling both freehold and leasehold matters, including registered and unregistered titles
• Using a case management system to progress files efficiently from instruction through to completion
• Supporting the continued growth of the residential department by building relationships with referrers and local contacts - do you enjoy developing professional connections while delivering great client outcomes?
• Dealing with a wide range of property matters including shared ownership, right to buy, assents and severance of joint tenancies
• Acting as a key point of contact for clients, estate agents and third party professionals
• Working collaboratively within the team while maintaining ownership of your own files

You

• At least 2 years' experience handling residential conveyancing matters
• Comfortable managing a varied caseload independently
• Strong communication skills with a confident, client focused manner
• Good IT skills and experience using conveyancing case management systems
• Organised, proactive and commercially aware
• Able to build rapport with clients and external contacts alike
• Team oriented with a personal drive to deliver results
• Previous experience with shared ownership, right to buy and related matters is highly beneficial
