Barcan+Kirby is recruiting a full-time Conveyancing Solicitor or CILEx to join its Residential Conveyancing team in Thornbury.

You will be dealing with a range of residential property transactions, including: sales and purchases, transfers and remortgages.

Our ideal candidate will have a Law degree or CPQ and previous experience in the local property market.

About us:

Our Conveyancing team focuses on high-quality service over quantity of transactions and does not have a 'high volume' business model.

We have established connections with local estate agents, and we are therefore looking for someone who is engaged and confident with networking and other marketing/business development activities.

The wider Residential Conveyancing team is among the biggest in Bristol, spanning four of our five offices. Our department is highly regarded, and we frequently receive excellent reviews on Google and Review Solicitors.
