QED Legal are currently seeking a Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner or a Residential Property Solicitor to join our well respected client in Chalfont St Giles.

We are looking for someone with case handling skills to join their friendly and established residential team. Your responsibilities will include managing a full and varied caseload for roughly 1 to 5 years.

Offer: 1 day from home per week.

Experience required in the following types of residential transactions:

• Sales
• Purchase
• Leaseholds
• Freeholds
• Remortgages
• Transfers of equity

We welcome applications even if you lack experience in a few of these transaction types, but a solid history of case handling within residential conveyancing is essential.
