RESIDENTIAL CONVEYANCER/ILEX:
Managing a high-volume and varied caseload of good quality residential property instructions to include sales, purchases, transfers of equity and re-mortgages of both registered and unregistered land. Meeting multiple tight deadlines, and delivering a consistently high standard of client care. Helping to manage the team in the absence of the Head of Department. You will need + years' experience within residential property, be self-motivated and highly organised, comfortable working both independently and collaboratively within a team, strong communication and IT skills. Previous supervisory or management experience would be advantageous
