The Role:

• You will be handling a diverse residential property caseload with face to face client contact
• You will be dealing with repeat clients from inception through to completion which will include:
  • Sales and purchases
  • Leasehold flats
  • New builds
  • Transfers of equity
  • Re-mortgages

Requirements:

• Ideally you will be a residential conveyancer experienced in running the full remit of conveyancing transactions from start to finish
• Team player
• Able to build long lasting relationships
