The Role- You will be responsible for running your own residential conveyancing matters from initial instruction through to post-completion, advising clients throughout the transaction and ensuring a smooth and efficient service.
- Your caseload will consist of freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, transfers of equity, remortgages, new build transactions, shared ownership matters and general residential property advice.
- Alongside managing your own files, you will work closely with colleagues across the department, providing support where required and contributing to the continued success of the team.
- Applications are sought from Residential Property Solicitors, Legal Executives or Licensed Conveyancers with a minimum of 1 Years PQE.
- A sound understanding of the residential property transaction process and current conveyancing practice.
- The ability to manage files efficiently while maintaining excellent attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and a genuine commitment to delivering exceptional client service.
- A proactive approach to business development and building lasting relationships with clients and referrers.
