Residential Conveyancer

The Residential Conveyancer in Hertfordshire will manage a varied caseload of property matters from instruction to completion, acting for a broad client base.

This full time role offers a salary ranging from £45,000 to £65,000, dependent on experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage a full range of residential conveyancing transactions including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and new build matters.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing a high standard of client care and delivering practical, commercially focused advice throughout the conveyancing process.
• Manage your own caseload with minimal supervision, demonstrating a proactive approach to client service.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years' Post Qualification Experience (PQE) in residential conveyancing.
• Experience as a Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive or Solicitor with relevant expertise is encouraged.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Proactive, client focused attitude.
• Comfortable managing caseload independently.
