We are an established law firm looking to recruit an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join our busy property team.

• Manage a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction to completion.
• Handle freehold and leasehold sales and purchases.
• Proactively progress transactions through exchange and completion.
• Deliver excellent client service throughout the process.
• Build and maintain strong client and referrer relationships.
• Have at least 2 years' experience handling your own caseload of transactions.
• Demonstrate strong organisational and communication skills.
• Be client focused with a proactive approach.
