Residential Conveyancer - Permanent - South West London - Salary Negotiable

Job Description

You will deal with a wide range of Residential Conveyancing matters on behalf of individual clients covering the following:

• Sales and Purchases
• New Build
• Re-mortgages
• Registered and Unregistered Properties
• Shared Ownership
• Leases

Qualifications

• Qualified solicitor with 1 3 years PQE experience in Residential Conveyancing matters.
• Experience of handling multiple conveyancing cases.
• Excellent communicator, both verbally and non verbally.
• Able to manage timelines, deadlines and documentation.
