Residential Conveyancer

Residential Conveyancer, 3+ Years experience, Cheshire, up to c£50,000 (DOE) - We are currently seeking a skilled and proactive conveyancer to join the branch office of this busy residential property team. JOB REF: 3734

The Role

• You will manage your own caseload of residential property matters from instruction to post completion, including sales, purchases, transfers of equity, and re mortgages.
• With support from an established team and modern systems, you'll deliver high quality legal advice and an exceptional client experience.

Skills Required

• Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or non qualified with the requisite experience.
• Minimum 3 years PQE in residential conveyancing.
• Proven ability to manage a full caseload independently.
• Excellent client care and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and problem solving ability.
• Previous experience of supervising more junior members of a team would be advantageous.
