RESIDENTIAL CONVEYANCER - HARTLEPOOL

- Long established and reputable Residential Conveyancing team

THE ROLE
- A Residential Conveyancer is required to join a recognised residential property team
- You will be handling your own caseload of Residential Conveyancing matters from inception through to completion

1. Sales and purchases
2. Leasehold and freehold
3. Remortgages
4. Right to buy, shared ownership and help to buy transactions

THE REQUIREMENTS
- You must have a minimum of 24 months fee earning experience as a Residential Conveyancer
- You must have experience of handling your own files from inception through to completion
