RESIDENTIAL CONVEYANCERWOLVERHAMPTON£35K - £45KOur client, a well-established regional law firm, is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join their Property team in Wolverhampton. The Role You will manage a full residential conveyancing caseload including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, right to buy.The Candidate

Qualified Solicitor, CILEX or CLC or Conveyancer
Minimum 1 years' residential conveyancing experience
Strong knowledge of CQS Protocol and AML legislation
Excellent client care and organisational skills
Experience with case management systems (Tikit desirable)
Full driving licence and own vehicle essential
