Residential Conveyancer / Conveyancing Solicitor / Conveyancing Fee Earner

A highly regarded, multi-service law firm is looking to recruit a Conveyancing Fee Earner to join its established and friendly property team based in Carlisle.

Remuneration & Benefits

Salary:£35,000 - £50,000 per annum (depending on experience)

The Role

• Manage a residential conveyancing caseload from inception through to completion
• Handle a mix of freehold and leasehold sale and purchase matters
• Experience with new build and remortgage files would be advantageous
• Provide an excellent level of client care at all times
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and introducers
• Deal with and raise enquiries effectively
• Delegate tasks where appropriate to support staff

The Candidate

• Qualified or unqualified conveyancing fee earners will be considered, provided they have relevant experience
• Applications welcomed from Solicitors, Licensed Conveyancers or Chartered Legal Executives (CILEx qualified)
• Previous experience handling residential conveyancing matters independently
