My Client is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Conveyancer to join their team. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills and the ability to manage time effectively while communicating clearly with clients and stakeholders. As a Conveyancer, you will play a crucial role in facilitating property transactions, ensuring that all legal requirements are met efficiently and accurately.

Responsibilities

• Manage the conveyancing process from start to finish, including drafting contracts and conducting property searches.
• Liaise with clients, estate agents, and other legal professionals to ensure smooth communication throughout the transaction.
• Prepare and review legal documents related to property transfers, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of transactions and client communications using IT systems.
• Provide clients with updates on their cases, addressing any queries or concerns promptly.
• Conduct due diligence on properties, including title checks and identifying any potential issues that may affect the sale or purchase.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure best practices are followed within the team.

Requirements

• Proven experience in conveyancing or a related legal field is preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with clients and professionals.
• Excellent time management abilities to handle multiple cases simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Highly organised with a keen attention to detail in all aspects of work.
• Proficient in IT systems relevant to conveyancing processes; familiarity with case management software is advantageous.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
