Residential Conveyancer

RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY SOLICITORNEAR DAVENTRY£50K - £55K Our client, a well-established regional law firm, is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join their busy Property team near Daventry. The Role You will manage a full residential conveyancing caseload including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, right to buy, shared ownership and new build plot purchases. You will also support the Head of Department, supervise support staff, ensure compliance with CQS and AML requirements, manage budgets, conduct file audits, and contribute to business development.The Candidate

• Qualified Solicitor, CILEX or CLC
• Minimum 3 years' residential conveyancing experience
• Strong knowledge of CQS Protocol and AML legislation
• Excellent client care and organisational skills
• Experience with case management systems (Tikit desirable)
• Full driving licence and own vehicle essential
